PAN-AFRICA HEALTH CONFERENCE BUEA, Buea

It is five (5) years since the beginning of the Pan-Africa Health Conference as a product of PAN-AFRICA HEALTH INITIATIVE. We are excited to announce that the next edition of this conference will be taking place in Cameroon from 14th to 18th November 2023 in the city of Buea.

PAHCON2023 is a promising program as we have been able to do a beautiful mixed program to permit us to have fun while in a coordinated learning spirit. The program will examine major healthcare challenges affecting Rural African communities to suggest practical solutions. the topics to be covered include:

a) Retrospective review, importance, and urgency of palliative care in Africa proposed roadmap for implementation of the public health approach to palliative care by WHO.

b) Environmental health; waste disposals and waste management.

c) Africa in the wake of emerging and re-emerging diseases; strengthening capacity for response.

d) Impact assessment for health literacy, mental, child, and adolescent mental health development.

e) Increasing the capacity of rural African communities to respond to the health needs and demands of the population in emergencies.

Buea is a town of legendary hospitality full of beautiful touristic sites coupled with a beautiful climate. This conference can be attended by the following persons:
